Installation.
The initial installation which is carried out by our technicians includes:
- Installation and configuration of the wireless device.
- Connecting the first PC to the system and ensuring correct functionality provided the PC is in good working order.
- Setting up of the email accounts.
The tasks that our technicians are not responsible for are:
- Fixing computer related faults.
- Connecting your internal wired or wireless network.
- Virus removal.
- Computer and other system relocation.
- System security.
Email Setup.
To set up you mail accounts:
Click on Tools >> Accounts:
Click add >> Mail:
Enter your display name:
Enter your assigned email address:
Enter the mail and smtp server:
Enter the user name as the full email address and your assigned password:
Click on finish:
Your email is now setup.
